Brushed nickel is lighter than pics. Instructions arenât great. Most importantly: My wife is happy.
The good: For the brushed nickel we were worried the color was way too dark like in the photos. Looks much lighter, and similar to the Schlage door hardware and other towel rack we already have installed. Quality seems fine and the install took me about 2 hours including the electrical work and patching the hole I made in the drywall with a 5â hole saw. Still need to sand and repaint.The bad: Installation instructions arenât that clear. I drilled where I wanted the upper right screw to be and then used a level and tape measure to set the upper left. Temporarily installed the unit to mark the lower 2 locations and drilled a hole for inserting the wiring into the wall (make this hole slightly larger since you need a bit more room to seat the warmer on the screw over the top of the wiring.My wife thought it was going to be too big, but now thinks itâs perfect.

VJASS TOWEL WARMER-initial impressions
The towel warmer looks exactly as pictured. However, the directions were virtually impossible to understand, and clearly not written or even QCâd by a native English speaker. One of the screw holders was installed upside down. This was a recurring problem. This was the third towel warmer we ordered due to this manufacturing defect. It would be very nice if intelligible English directions were supplied with these Amazon products. The product has a timing and temperature control feature which I will learn by trial and error as the manual wasnât useful

Can’t change from C to F!
It’s impossible to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. It’s being returned. You need at least 5 to 6 bars to heat one towel. Hanging your towel on one bar only heats it where the bar is warm. No, I would not recommend it.

Great Towel Heater, Solid Construction, Great Price, Highly Recommended
Has three different heat settings and a timer which is incredibly useful. Heats up within minutes. It is incredibly nice to have dry warm towels and allows for multiple towels to be hung and heats all of the sufficiently. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom for added luxury!

The rack looks good however, its not doing the warming job. the button takes a few times to register, and unable to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit.Updated review: manufacture contacted us and offered resolution for the issues. Perhaps, we received one of the defective one; But for sure, the customer service is stella. It’s super cool that they reached out to you and offered resolutions. We are now, feel confident in all our future purchases with this Company.

Only for small towels
The heater is nice, it has different duration of time (between 1 and 6 hours). You can choose temperature (between 113°F to 140°F). I thought, the self will heat too, but it hasn’t heating elements. Very small heater, not for bath towels. I am disappointed.
