This is the best season for it
As the temperature dropped in the 30s in my area, my bathroom got a lot colder since it has an outside wall. This add the warmth I want after a shower and it adds practicality and a modern look to my bathroom. I use it mostly to warm my towel for when I come out if the shower but since it stays warm for a while it also serves as a dryer, keeping it fresh for longer. The installation was simple and the instructions helped. Just a few screws and simple measurements will do. Since it’s in the bathroom, I used a studfinder to make sure I don’t drill into something I’m not supposed to. I like it’s size because it can hold multiple towels at once and the simple temperature controler makes it easy for everyone in my family to adjust it to their preference

This is a really nice towel warmer/dryer. Of note – these wall mounted designs function better as dryers than warmers because the open design. I find the bucket style warmers much better for quickly warming a towel while showering.The product is great looking and mounted with ease to my wall. One of the reviewers said that it must be mounted with adhesive but that is not true – it comes with a full mounting kit. The pairing with the phone app was easy and seamless and it’s easy to program the warmer to run at specific times and easy to control the temp and other settings.Tip: when you first use it, allow the warmer to “break in” in a well ventilated area as I had some small amount of smoke and chemical burning smell the first time 2 times I used it – probably just burning off factory residue, but that’s why I recommend first using it in a well ventilated area before wall mounting it.Overall I’m happy with the product and it does everything it claims. It looks great on my wall and adds a luxurious feel to the bathroom.

Works but no UL or CE
OihPaw towel warmer is well constructed and nicely finished, comes fully assembled, and can be controlled through the Smart Life app on Android. The manual is comprehensive, listing dozens of different model numbers, every style of towel warmer this company makes , and the installation for each group. Try as I might, I could not locate the model number of this rack. No problem, there are basically 4 spacers that you use to mount it out from the wall, then you plug in the GFCI and power it up. Note that the cord is very short, so plan on placing this close to an existing outlet, or running a new one.I already had the Smart Life App on my phone, to link to a Robot litterbox, so I was ready to add this device. The manual shows you 2 detailed sequences of linking your towel rack via a 2.4 gHz wifi connection, which both failed me repeatedly. I then read the Third section which details the ‘Recommended Bluetooth connection method’ which actually worked in seconds! The towel rack then connected to WiFi, and I could now power up and control my Smart towel rack from anywhere.I had initially thought I would hard wire this, but with the apparent lack of any UL, ETL, CE certification, leaving an almost 500 watt heater on seems questionable. I think I will just plug it in when I want to use it. It is supposed to be able to link to Google Home/Assistant or Alexa, but I do not use them so I can’t comment on that. I came up in the dawn of the internet, so the idea of driving home while saying “Hey Google, warm my towels to 145”, is a little weird to me. (…and try not to burn my house down 🙂 )There is an embedded touch control on the frame which can control the basics, so you could skip the Smart setup and just plug and warm.

Defective unit
We re-did our bathroom and bought this for it. It worked great for 3 months and then kept shorting out. We love it so much I bought another one, but the warranty expired on the first one. Is there anything that can do for us?
