Great Product and Good Enough Customer Service
This lotion is not inexpensive so, when I received a defective pump which would not allow me use the lotion (it is thick and one cannot pour out of the bottle), I was disappointed. However, I quickly received another bottle and a refund. Personally, given the price and the inconvenience of having to pay my assistant to mail the bottle back, I think I should have just received a new bottle.

This is a reorder – I have been using this lotion balm and my skin feels amazing- I love that my skin stays hydrated for well over 48hr . This is a quality product for your skin. Some people donât like smell – but itâs giving spa day smell for me.

I love everything about this product. The minute I put it on I felt better. My granddaughter noticed it when I picked her up from school. She said that my skin was silky. My only question is how to get another pump for the lotion. Mine doesnât work.

Expensive, but the results are worth it!
I am 41 and I use this product on my neck and the back of my hands. Im starting to see thinner lines on my neck and my skin is getting a bit softer.
I’m on my second bottle of this and I am pleasantly surprised at how much my skin has tightened. The lines on my neck have been getting lighter and my skin feels healthy and moisturized. It’s a bit sticky at first, but after a while my skin drinks it up leaving it soft.
I use a few of their other products and love that it’s cruelty free, fragrance free, and it comes in a glass bottle.
I would have given this five stars if it wasn’t so stinkin expensive. The first bottle I bought, a few months ago, was $22 cheaper than it is now. I have been getting it just a bit cheaper at another online store.
Also the ingredients in this product separate, so you will need to shake the bottle pretty vigorously from time to time. Be sure to cover the pump, otherwise it’ll end up all over your bathroom.
Overall, I am very happy with the quality and the results of this product. I have spent a lot of money on products that don’t work, so the expense is not a deal breaker for me. Its working great and I really do love it overall.

Smells great and super hydrating
I have been looking for something to help my dry mature skin. This product applies nicely and evenly. It stays a bit greasy but not to where it stains furniture or clothes. The smell is very citrusy.
I apply as recommended after the shower and it stays on all night.

Great product horrible bottle design
I really like the lotion I feel like it worked on my crepey skin but it is a bit oily so I could only use it and hopefully have it dry otherwise it ended up everywhere. I would even buy it if it was just that, but the bottle itself is glass And the pump stops working when thereâs still plenty of lotion left. There is no way to scrape it out of there because of the angle of the bottle where the lotion gets stuck at the top at the bottom. You could probably get a lot more lotion for your money if they would design a bottle that was conducive to using all of the lotion.

Transformers your skin
I love the smell, effect on my skin and it absorbs quickly. Itâs lightweight consistency and is not sticky. Solid and high quality product. I do however wish they would change the bottle and pump. Itâs tough to get all the product out, and itâs expensive. But I will continue to buy.

Pump doesnât work at all
Well I tried to contact Osa to complain but found no way to contact them. I bought this balm. It was expensive but I liked their oil so I thought Iâd try it. The pump did not work at all. I could not get it to pump. Luckily I had just finished their oil so I used that pump, identical. Almost immediately pump stopped working. I looked inside the bottle and the product was thick and unable to be pumped. Now Iâm using the inserted pump like a manual stick to scoop this expensive stuff out. I will never get it all out. Waste of money. I consider it a rip off, especially with no way to easily contact the company. I am not buying anything else from Osea. Sorry I spent over fifty bucks on this dreadful stuff trapped in an unavailable bottle.
