Karen Hardwick –
This journal stands out!
This is a beautifully written and organized journal. The prompts are gentle and truly enhance well-being. Elizabeth Cronin has provided us all with a gift: a guided journey into self-discovery and the ability to hold our emotions lovingly. In addition to the content being so healing, the layout is spacious and gives the reader plenty of room to write. This is not a small thing! And much like mindfulness itself, the journal is invitational and gentle. Well done and a beautiful gift to self and others!

Incredibly helpful and perfectly organized
Using this book has been the bridge I’ve needed to finally put my mental health first! The organization is intuitive while keeping me invested and not feeling like I’ll never get it. For me, it is just the right book. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Super helpful journal for developing mindfulness and increasing reflection.
I have been going through this journal slowly – trying the practices and taking time to write about my experiences. I think it will help me become more mindful. I would recommend this to others!!
