Failed after less than 6 months!
We replaced our original WarmlyYours towel warmer that crapped out after 10+ years of use and this one didn’t last 6 months. Submitting a warranty claim with the manufacturer. If they honor the warranty and send us a new one, we’ll revisit this review accordingly.

Looks good, works well, Hardwire Install Difficult
It looks good and works well. My biggest complaint is that there is really no guidance on how to make the electrical connections inside the leg; the steps are there but even my smallest wire nuts would not fit three. Warmly Yours should have a video showing that part of the installation. Otherwise the installation went fairly smoothly.

The product is nice for sure, but whatâs amazing is Warmly Yours customer service! I had one of those for 8 years and when it broke down, I ordered another one, which stoped working after 6 months. I was afraid to contact customer service for the warranty since English is my second langage, but Laura from customer service was so nice with me! The product was quickly replaced, the process was easy. Thank you so much to the whole Warmly Yours team!!!

Like another reviewer, I too received an obviously used, repackaged item. I have bought “warehouse deal” items before and when I’m buying an item used, I know it’s used/returned. In this case, I did not purchase a used/returned item. It didn’t even work when I tried plugging it in anyway. Probably explains why it was returned in the first place.
