Positive, Comprehensive, Mindful
Update; I filled up my first one and so ordered a 2nd! So happy to see a third bookmarks ribbon!Original-This journal is simply beautiful! My only complaint is that I wish there were more than the 2 ribbon bookmarks. I wish there was at least one more -for each of the 3 “fill-in” categories- even if not for the short prompts and notes sections towards the back.This journal is about a half-year’s worth. There’s 182 Daily Routine pages. Thankfully undated, so it doesn’t taunt you with blanked pages if you miss a day. 26 pages of Weekly Reflection. These pages have varied prompts; only the “My priorities” remains on each page. The prompts encourage thought and intention setting. There is 7 Monthly Habit Trackers. My habits are currently rather shallow, but I followed the advice and worded them positively. There’s 3 pages of Positive Affirmations. I’m curious if the ones listed mirror the ones RYVE has on the cards for sale. These Affirmations are well worded and of a good variety. For me, they aren’t applicable for where I am in my journey (the beginning.) The phrases “I am forgiving, my compassion replaced anger with love” and “I am at peace with my past” for example, are well suited for those who are established in their journey. Of course, you’re not required to use just what is included in this journal; I have added several sheets with more personalized Affirmations. The Gratitude Prompts page is very simplified. This is a very personalized category that requires you to think. The last section is the Notes section. I haven’t made use of this section (yet) and am not sure what I could/would/should use it for.Overall, as I’ve said this journal is beautiful to look at. Soothing light colors and minimalist art and simple icons. There’s a very good balance of consistency with the Daily Routines and variety with the Weekly Reflection that keeps you tuned into your intentions and mindful of your goals. I have only encountered positivity and encouragement in the prompts.

Iâve never had any type of gratitude journal although I do appreciate a good notebook. Iâm so glad I purchased this little book! It fuels you with happiness even on the off days, helps you be grounded, mindful and self-aware. My thoughts & perspective on life has changed so much, this journal has been great for my mental health in general. It helped me focus on the positive things while accepting the reality and striving for better.It has quality pages, nice layout, habit tracker sections, weekly reflections with thoughtful questions, affirmations as well as motivational quotes for every day! Iâm so pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their lives.Note to the author: thank you for this beautiful, life-changing notebook. Iâd love to buy it again once I finish this one, but it doesnât have a monthly undated layout & overview so I have to look for alternatives. I would rather have only 1 every day journal instead of multiple – planner etc. I hope you find this feedback useful for future editions!

This journal is well made and well thought out. It’s stru tured enough to help guide you but there’s plenty of room for your own pertains touch.I do prefer a spiral bound journal so it lays flat but this is so well made in happy with it.The two ribbons will help keep my place between weekly and daily reflections and the elastic on the back will help keep it closed.

I just received my Goals book and it’s AMAZING!! Looking it over, I am impressed with the layout and the structure.
