    This is a great little tracker journal. I like how it’s printed in color and has a variety of tracking sections each month for a variety of goals, tasks, and habits. Very helpful!

    A Flexible and Comprehensive Journal

I appreciate that it’s designed for an arbitrary year, with unmarked days of the week, so you can use it at any time. If you like the format, you could order multiple copies and be covered for years without needing to wait for a new edition. That said, including explanations for terms like “kapha,” “pitta,” and “vata” would make it even more user-friendly. Overall, it’s a thoughtful tool for organizing and reflecting on daily life.

    Might help improve productivity
    This seems like it can be helpful to improve productivity once I learn the system. It’s a bit more confusing that I anticipated, but I’ve never tried bullet journaling before. This book doesn’t include directions or explanation, so I’m reading a few blogs to figure out the concept a bit better.

    Helps Me Stay On Track
    I like this journal a lot. It helps me keep track of my feelings and stuff, like if I’m happy or stressed. I also write about the weather and the quite cool moon. It shows me how my food and sleep affect what I get done. It’s helping me make better habits, I think. It’s friendly and easy to use, so I immensely like it.

    Different way to look at tracking your time!
    I loved that this journal incorporated the Ayurvedic aspects. I went to school for Ayurveda many years ago and still use the timing associated with energy in my daily life. It’s amazing how accurate it is. I have used time trackers and journaling/planning my whole adult life, and I appreciate this different take on it.

    Not what I expected.
    The book itself is a nice size and the binding is well done. The actual trackers included inside are not like any I’ve seen in other premade bullet journals. I’ve included photos of them because if I had seen a better photo of what they looked like I would have passed on this. I wish they included more photos in the listing because this isn’t at all what I expected when I purchased it. Also the grid on the two page layout is printed so light it’s hard to see and will be difficult to be able to fill in. Hoping to find one more to my liking before January.
