I have purchased 3 of these for myself and family members. Excellent mist output, large water capacity, and runs for hours. Really great to put beside the bed with eucalyptus oil when your feeling under the weather. Excellent product. Worth more than 5 stars

Updated review:I have returned to update my review. As noted in the review below, I was initially going to give the Blue Hills diffuser a four star rating, but I changed it to a one star rating because a piece of the diffuser broke off. Fortunately, after contacting the company, I can go back to my initial review. I contacted Blue Hills via email and a representative responded promptly. I explained the issue I had with the diffuser I purchased, and they provided me with a replacement. Based on the level of customer service I received, I would say my review is actually four and a half stars now. The diffuser still loses half a star because you have to tilt the device to get the full usage of your essential oil, but other than that, this is a great diffuser — it is compact, it is attractive — well worth the purchase.———————————————————————————————-I was initially going to give this diffuser a four star rating. It’s an attractive and compact diffuser (it is smaller than the 500ml diffuser it replaced) that works well. The lost star was related to the placement of the vent, which is on the side rather than in the middle as is the case with other diffusers. As a result, in order to get the full diffusing, you need to rest the diffuser on an angle (you get another 30 to 40 minutes worth of essential oil diffusion). However, when I went to clean remaining liquid out of the devise with a paper towel, as I have with my previous diffusers, the plastic tube, which extends into the device (presumably to help with the diffusion process) broke off. I have never had this happen with any other diffuser. So a month in and my $30+ was wasted. I am going to see if this can be returned and if it’s worth it considering I now need to buy another diffuser.

NOT 30 hours of run time
Buyer beware. This diffuser does NOT last 30 hours on any setting.I struggled when searching for a diffuser. Main requirement was last 24-30 hours. I looked through dozens and settled on this one. It was appealing to the eye, within budget and claimed to work for up to 30 hours.Nope… it seems there’s something with the wiring or the controls are just off. The mist is so strong you can see if from across the room. We bought three diffusers because we have three oils to run 24 hours a day due to a chronic illness. The hope was to lessen the burden of application because we are already doing many many other things with medicine and food.I contacted customer support, presented my ideas and was told to unplug it and plug it back in, and to check for water in the air pipe. These actions yielded no other result. They did send me another diffuser of the same model. I have yet to see if that one works the same as these three.Sadly, these are going back and we are ordering direct from Young Living. This price point was only $6 less than YL. I chose to purchase on Amazon because of the extended warranty. But…. The warranty is no good if the product doesn’t work from the get go.We have wasted valuable time and oils on these diffusers and are deeply disappointed in the customer service.I would recommend you look elsewhere for your diffusing needs.
