Better Sleep
I purchased this product because I had learned that it could help with sleep. I have to say that in my case I agree.I spray my pillow every night before going to sleep. The scent is light and it dries quickly.While I don’t feel like I sleep any longer ( I usually start to wake up after 5 to 5.5 hours) I do feel like my sleep is deeper and I feel more rested when I do wake up. I also am able to fall back asleep quickly when I wake up during the night to use the bathroom.I definitely plan to purchase again and will continue to use to achieve better sleep.I know that the spray can be used for other purposes, but I have only used it for the apparent calming effects.

I love this product because itâs light and calming. The only thing is that the sprayer in the bottle leaks. But that does not take away from the fresh lavender scent. Love it
