Love Design, but received a Defective Food Journal

Set up for success
Finally a journal that is set up so well in tracking meals and progress and measurements! This book has really helped me stay on track, and as someone with adhd it’s organized very well in a way that makes it not overwhelming to keep track of things. It’s also sturdy and vibrant and fits good in my diaper bag, and it’s definitely a fair price for the design

PROS:Has almost everything you need in a planner and is more than just a food journal!Includes:1. Large size Monthly calendar with goal setting section2. Monthly body measurement tracker with reflection/review page3. Weekly exercise plan4. Weekly meal plan5. Daily Food Log with macro section, activity log, goal section, water intake log, mood tracker, sleep tracker, energy tracker6. Weekly Notes section (great for a to-do list or reminders)7. Comes with Stickers8. Has a Pocket9. Comes with a user manual with pictured examples! Very helpful in understanding how to use it.10. The page order/layout is inconvenient and confusing. So you have to flip back & forth constantly and the sections arent labeled with tabs.*It would make more sense to separate the monthly pages as the start of a new section with 4-5 weeks of exercise & meal plan pages in between or make the rings/binding so one could adjust it themselves to their liking

This product really blew me away. It is so affordable and I was extremely impressed at the quality and attributes once I got it open! So many features, will help with planning meals, tracking and monitoring for results! Even a handy pocket and shopping lists for your weekly menu. Highly recommend.

The best wellness tracker Iâve ever used
This is my favorite food and wellness tracker Iâve ever used! First off, the cover options are SUPER cute. Inside is so detailed, yet not overwhelming. At the beginning, you are given a chance to write out your goals and action steps to achieve them, along with starting pictures and measurements. I love that you have monthly and weekly check-ins throughout as well. My favorite part, however, is that each day has an entire page for tracking EVERYTHING you could ever want: Sleep, water intake, energy, mood, main goal for the day, food, nutrition info, dietary details (gluten/dairy/sugar free), and exercise. It also has a little graph box to journal about how your day went. I will be using this journal from now on for all my tracking, it keeps me motivated and positive through my journey.

Pretty but…
I really wanted to love this journal.. I love the cover and was really excited to use it. Looks like it was made with care and is prettier in person. Better than other food/fitness journals I’ve seen. The order of the pages are odd and I think it should go month to month so you don’t have to flip back and forth. I bought additional tabs to solve that issue. Another note, it says it has a 6 month use. Mine only has 4 monthly calendars, not 6. That’s disappointing. Either way I’m going to use it and see if it helps with my goals for the time being. If they fix this issue I would buy this again.
