Fan placement
Had mine about a month now, it works great ! I bought another from here that I sent back. The fan was placed on one end causing the mist to come out on the fan end more readily. It just bothered me that it came out all uneven… That being said, this one has its fan placed in the middle so the mist all pushes out evenly and its got 4 speeds ! As for the water level, well look at the specs. The thing is only so big ! What noise ? Maintenance, ya you should wash it out once in awhile depending on your water source… 5 stars because it was cheaper and it simply works better…

I will change the review and give an update if/when this gets worked out. It worked well for the first day of using. I got this delivered on 1/30. Wasnât able to use it until the next day the 31st. I set it up and filled with water a little below the max line and a few drops of essential oil, put the timer on for two hours twice that day, and it worked really well!Fast forward to today. I wanted to use it again and refilled the diffuser with a little more water and a few drops of oil. I turn it on, it runs for about five seconds and turns off. I tried turning it on at least three more times, and it keeps turning off, not running for longer than five seconds. I read the troubleshooting issue solution advice on the pamphlet given but this problem isnât there. So Iâve taken to the Internet to try and see if this problem is common or solvable without having to call the owners and returned the product. A few tips have been to empty out and clean the diffuser and let it completely dry in case of the possibility of water and oil getting into the diffuser which I donât see how wouldâve happened but I will try this. Hopefully I wonât have to return this with only getting one day out of this thing.

So pretty and looks amazing with the fake fire. This thing puts out so much mist you don’t need to run it long to make a entire bedroom smell amazing. I really like the orange color vs the blue. It holds a lot of water too so not have to constantly baby it and make sure it has water. Amazing diffuser and good price..

Neat
I have been wanting this diffuser for a while so my son purchased it for Christmas. It is much smaller than I had assumed it was. The pictures in the add make it look larger than it is. The diffuser is pretty neat though. The smoke does look like a flame with the lighting. It holds a decent amount of water. It did not come with a remote, it does have some buttons on it to control the light and the diffusing.

Lovely while it lasted
I bought my kids each one of these for their rooms and they loved them. Iâve had many diffusers so I know how to treat them so they last a long time. After a few weeks of using these I realized how much oil was being dispersed outside of the unit leaving sticky residue on their dressers. The problem is then it gets all over the unit and it became impossible to push the buttons in the front to turn it on. Basically both buttons became stuck so I couldnât turn it on. I cleaned the top part with hot water and gently cleaned the bottom part where the buttons are and the oil is impossible to get fully off of the machine and itâs I canât get it off of their dressers.Itâs such a bummer because the concept is really neat but sadly Iâll be sending back even though I used them already. I only had for a short time.

If you want an elegant diffuser that really stands out and makes your space nicer, look no further. This one is nice and sleek, and has a really good feel. It looks and feels expensive.If aesthetics and deco matter the most, this one is for you.However, Iâve already observed a couple things to keep in mind.Depending on your perception, the mist mixed with light likely wonât look like flames (seller: you should remove reference to fire. It looks great but it doesnât look like flames)The light is very bright. If you like to keep your place dark, youâll have to place it in a closed area where its light can be contained.The biggest con is hands down the noise. Iâm surprised itâs that noisy. Think of the annoying noise of a computer fan when it heats up. That kind of noise! Iâm keeping the product for its beautiful design. But if you have misophonia or hyperacusis, this is absolutely not for you.I love the intermittent mode, itâs efficient and makes it last longer.
