    The product is good but has a couple of minor errors.
    This book has a great set of questions to fill out for each day. The monthly calendar is missing the eighth day of every month. I did buy the book knowing it only has 110 pages but it would be great if the book had enough pages to fill out for the entire year to keep going with the monthly tracker. But overall a useful book just minor details but still love it.

    I really like this daily tracker due to it asks questions I never would have thought of to put in my daily tracker. I take this tracker with me when I go to the therapist and it helps a lot with conversation and talk about things.

    Be sure you’re committed
    Filled it out for 2 days and it seemed like too much effort and I stopped. Don’t be like me. Know you’re going to commit to writing in it — if you need a therapist or family/friend support to hold you accountable, then do that. Don’t be a bum like me spending money on stuff you’re not going to use.

    I liked the idea of mood tracking but I thought all the pages would be in color as pictured. Only the front cover is in color.

    Good guide for beginners & tracker
    I like that it’s a guide for beginners and covers all the basics, it also has an over all tracker on the first page (month/day graph). I was a bit disappointed that it’s in black&white, not completely as pictured.
