Nice and chunky..love it!
I love this journal, itâs so fat and chunky and made so well. The yellow is amazing and is refreshing to look at every day. Just laying your eyes on it puts you in a good mood with itâs sunshine color. Has an old vintage book type feel which Iâm really into. Itâs simple and to the point with a to the point quick beginning reference. Really appreciate the fact secondsale.com is using amazon because I was able to get this brand new journal without a scratch on it âusedâ for under $2 ! Crazy huh? Make sure you always check out the used options on Amazon because Iâve never been disappointed and never could even tell why they considered it used because there are no signs. I recommend this journal if your trying to create a morning ritual and new habits. Iâm in the middle of reading atomic habits and doing something like this journal is where Iâm starting off with my first tiny habit of doing this daily. Feels good & id recommend it to anyone!

This book changed my life
I would not have believed it possible but using this journal everyday has made me happier and more content than I have ever been. First it encourages you to make a decision on something you have been fretting about and then “let it go.” They it has you recall something from the day before that made you smile and describe it, which causes you to relive the pleasure and locks it into your memory. But best of all it gets you to focus on three things that you intend to accomplish this day. I have always had endless lists of To Do’s which was very discouraging when I did not seem to be making any progress on a list that never got any shorter. But since using this book I have discovered that three things is what I can usually comfortably accomplish in a day. I end the day satisfied that I actually achieved what I had planned. And I start working on the first one right off the bat rather staring at the long list trying to decide what to do. If I do get through all three things and still have some energy left I reward myself by doing something I want to do rather than have to do. And it also helps with planning the rest of the week by penciling in ideas for the “top three” for subsequent days. I am really glad that the gift shop at the St. James Tearoom brought this book to my attention. I have since bought copies of it for all my friends.

This journal is perfect for the morning
This journal has changed my mornings and made them much better. In asking for what I’m grateful for changed my focus each day. Because of that, my days have been much better than before I used it. Worth every penny and more.

Simple as expected
This is what I was looking for, something simple for a daily gratitude practice and I like that it encourages you to focus on the day ahead. I was easily able to add this to my morning routine. However! I sit by my red light when I have breakfast and do my journaling and the text is printed in a color that becomes completely invisible under red light. For future editions, please just use black text!!

Life Changing
I bought this a couple months back but due to the recent events and being quarantined in my home for the last 2 months… 2 minute mornings have definitely helped maintain my sanity. I have mine just above my toilet paper stand in reach from my throne (lol). Perfectly placed so that I can take two minutes at the beginning of the day, at a time where there are very little distractions. I feel more accomplished on the days I write out what âI will let go of, I am grateful for, and will focus on.â It really helps to micro manage your thoughts so you do not become overwhelmed with the day in day out obligations.

Possibly a life-changer!
This was purchased for me as a Christmas gift from a co-worker. I only recently started using it, as I’ve been dealing with some troubles in my life. I don’t know what it is, but even if I repeat some of the same stuff… getting this done in the mornings (or sometimes at night if I don’t make the time in the mornings) has made such a tremendous difference in my attitude toward myself and to others. So much so, that several people have taken notice. I have since purchased a couple copies for friends who are also dealing with troubles in their lives. I highly recommend it. Even if you aren’t dealing with any issues in life, it’s such a help for clearing your head before starting your day.

Save your money. This journal is just like any other – the daily prompts are just the same three sentence starters on each page. :-/

If you struggle with the discipline needed for regular gratitude practice (or any practice) like I do then give this a try. It makes a real difference that it is so simple. Definitely recommend.
