Everyday Luxury â So Hot and So Worth It!
I use this heated towel rack every single day, and itâs absolutely amazing. It gets so, so, so hot and makes everything betterâwarm towels, cozy robes, you name it. The timer and LED indicator are super convenient, and itâs wall-mounted, so it doesnât take up much space. Highly recommend if you want to add a touch of luxury to your daily life!

Love the towel heater
This is our first towel heater and we really love our heated towels. This one fit just perfectly under the window. It is a little hassle to weave the towels through the bars to get the towels to heat up. The bars are not wide enough for the width of the towels so the towels are kind of scrunched. The controls are easy enough to work but I wish the electrical cord was white (we used the plug-in setup and not the hardwired set up.)

Power touchscreen stopped working after 3 months!
This worked great for about 3 months and then the touch screen control went out and it hasnât worked since! When you push the power button it just flashes on and cycles through some of the heat and timer settings and then shuts off! What a waste of money! Now I have to try to replace with a different, more quality product that is the same size. We liked the size of this one because it fits two towels very nicely for my daughterâs bathroom or more when needed. We also liked the hooks to hold their robes and slightly warm them. Weâve tried unplugging for extended periods and plugging back in but it still does NOT turn on or work anymore after ONLY 3 months of use!!!

Yes it is hot but a bugger to assemble
Trying to get the screw down the barrel leg would be easier if it was magnetized. Itâs not (hint) use a washer. As simple as it is, this thing took quite a while to assemble. Whoever engineered it needs a kick in the pants. It does get hot. Has multiple levels however there is only a timer and not a way to turn it on automatically each day at a given time. Timers are fine for putting damp towels on after use but using a timer to heat the towel before use makes no sense. Itâs attractive. Heats nicely. Assembly difficult.

Preliminary review-wishing it had the ability to save the settings
We used to be able to ask questions on these listings. As that’s gone I ordered this hoping that I could set it to ON and it would stay on even if the power went off. It doesn’t. My 47 year old previous product did and I used a smart plug to control when it went on and off. It was just installed as part of a remodel which is not yet finished. If I encounter any other issues I’ll try to update the review.
