    A thoughtful and resourceful journal
    This journal has prompts that guide the reader in developing gratitude. It has a structured and focussed approach and various activities for interest and encouragement, as well as for input from the reader. At the end of the 90 days there is space to reflect and integrate what one has learned. Gratitude is a state of mind, and can only come with practice; this books helps keep one aware of the process and the goal. It would make a lovely gift, especially at this time of year.

    Guided Journal with prompts.
    I enjoyed the questions and the fact that it was presented as a challenge for the month. The prompts remained the same and after a month the reader was encouraged to write what they learned. There were also positive suggestions and other encouraging information.

    Such a Lovely Gift
    This lovely journal tackles the difficulty of staying grateful every day. The pages are beautifully simple and yet perfectly adequate for my needs.I like the helpful examples at the back of the journal for those harder days.Living with a positive mindset and making a point of seeking things to be grateful for can make our quality of life and those around us so much richer. It certainly has done for me.

    Ample space and helpful prompts
    I love that this is a more spacious book than most other gratitude journals since I sometimes draw or sketch in addition to write. The prompts are very helpful as well since I can be at a loss especially after long days at work and home life 🙂 . Lastly, the cover is beautiful and so peaceful to look at that it’s nice to wake up to in the morning next to my bed on the nightstand. Well done!
