    I love this great starter journal.
    I got this journal to help track my moods and it has been excellent for that as well as a quick check-in at the beginning and end of my day. It is the perfect size to start a quick journaling habit and packs a lot of tracking into one page per day. I gained a lot of insight into my moods and thoughts from just doing the quick check-ins. Very worth the money.

    Exactly what it says it is. There’s one page to track your mood for the year (each day of every month for the entire year). Then the rest is full of pages to track your daily mood as well as what you ate, how much you slept, etc. Great for tracking your daily life!

    A non-intimidating morning and evening mood journal
    I was looking specifically for a product like this!!I want to start a morning and evening habit of journaling, but am discouraged when I look at a blank page and can’t decide what to write. Yes, I can do free-flow or prompted, but it seemed like too much pressure that early in the morning and late at night after work.I needed a journal that allowed me to track things that are important to me, like hours of sleep, mood, and goals for the day without feeling overwhelmed.Likes:*I like the “how to use this book” page in the front.*I like the habit tracker in the front.*I like the font size and style*I like the matte finish*I like the size and page countSuggestions:*There are only 3 pages for notes at the end. This seems very disconnected from the rest of the journal. I’d like to see more space for notes – maybe moving the “notes” pages in between each day/night journaling page, just in case I feel the need/want to continue writing or make a daily list.*I feel like there are too many “negative” emotions offered for tracking. I would like to see more well rounded feeling options. Also, the “other” option along the bottom is just for circling and no real room to write in an actual option.As an independent-publisher myself, I understand the work it takes to design the cover and interior and upload a project. This is a beautiful journal and I can appreciate the work that went into making this. I think with a few tweaks, this could EASILY be a 5-star journal!!Best wishes for all of your future projects!! 😀

    It was very good and it’s just what I expected and there are also instructions in case you were confused on what to write in the boxes and it helped me out a lot
