The dual function of this thing is what we were after. We use it at our spa for hot towels, and hot stones.It is rather large! But we have used it for over a year with absolutely no issues. I wish it did have a thermometer to tell you how hot it was because sometimes it gets REALLY hot. Quality is great, itâs well made, rather heavy, and a little bulky so be sure you have enough space!

ITS NOT WARM AT ALL! DONâT BUY IT!
This hot towels warmer doesnât keep the temperature at all. Spent $300 and throw it away. Worst customer service too!!! DONâT BUT IT! Waste of time and money.

The warmer donât worth the money. It is totally not hot at all
Just ordered and been use only for 2 month. It is already broken. The lower warmer just turn the light on and off. The towels is not even warm after the whole day inside

Stick with what you know in brands of hot towel cabinets
Towel cabbie did not seal on the bottom so towels would not get hot. The cabinet also leaked everywhere.
