Each section touches on the seven wellness pillarsâemotional, physical, intellectual, social, occupational, and financialâwhich I found incredibly helpful for holistic self-care.The first few sections are short but filled with pointed questions that really make you think about your needs, wants, and goals. I like the included prompts that helped me clarify my intentions and set a vision for using the planner effectively.The Daily Wellness section is the heart of this journal, offering daily prompts for morning and evening reflections. The morning pages guide you to set a focus for the day, express how you feel, and outline your schedule and goals. In the evening, youâre encouraged to practice gratitude, reflect on your day, and note any self-care activities you completed.
