Great warming towel rack!
This warming towel rack is perfect for our bathroom! Warms up while you are in the shower/bath and the towel is ready when you are! Easy to hang and just plug it in!

Never worked
Poor quality products. Received the product and installed according to instructions. Plugged it in and it didnât work. Checked the GFI and there were no electric problems. Contacted the company and they were useless and said to return the product. Got the second unit, installed it and it never worked. Ordered a Warmrails plugged it in and it worked perfectly.

Dries the towels quickly
I like the fact that you can hang a damp towel on the bar and it dries the towel and keeps it from having a mildew smell. This bar eliminates us having to wash a towel after every use.

Nice looking but not hot enough.
This was a nice looking unit,but it didn’t get hot enough for me and one of the wall arms was not welded on straight so I returned it.

The headline is actually misleading. It is a towel drier, not warmer. In the instruction it tells you not to put dry towels on since they would not be warmed!?!

Doesnt heat towels
After 30 minutes, one of the seven bar was slightly warm to the touch and the other six were still room temperature… not sure what this thing is supposed to do. Don’t waste your time or money
