I’m updating my previous review as the seller has reached out and replaced the previous non-working warmer and the new one works great! Fast response and delivery. Would recommend this product.The bottom warmer heats up just fine, but the top warmer stays cold, the light is on but just no heat, will be returning this, complete disappointment.

Bad Quality
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the quality i bought 2 and extremely lightweight you can pick it up with a feather..DOES NOT HEAT UP ENOUGH.. had to put my heat packs in the microwave to heat them up hoping the warmer would keep them hot and they went back to barely warm..it does not have 2 buttons on the heat and uv.. the wire racks inside are not a good fit. lets see how long they last..and yes the smell is unbearable for a massage place even with aromatherapy hot packs in them..trying to return both of them. I DESPERATELY NEEDED THEM FOR MY OPENING WEEK AT THE NEW SALON.

Very light weight. Keeps wet towels nice and warm.
This is very lightweight and easy to move to separate rooms. Could be little hotter but is fine for my hot towels and lotions for massage.
