Percussive eccentric –
Defective Item Replaced, now all is great.
We bought 2 different towel warmers from this vendor. Both are attractive and effective. The first one was defective, but seller replaced it and the new one works great. One wish-list item would be a mounting template for U.S. customers, since it’s clear these items were built using metric measurements. My tape measure doesn’t go down to 100ths of an inch (if you’re in the U.S., you know about 16ths of an inch and that it doesn’t matter pretty much anywhere else in the world.) A template would make mounting/installing much easier. But it’s a good product.

Assembly is required.
This comes in LOTS of little pieces. Assembly is a pain; mine came half assembled since I was sent an OPEN BOX someone else had failed to finish assembling. Thatâs another issue that I need resolved that Amazon censored my prior review over including, though I think itâs a pretty big deal. My dad was in town and he was able to help me, but if youâre not particularly handy or live in an apt without access to tools, I would keep looking. ⦠UPDATE: after my original review, company has reached out, and fixed the issue, so I am adjusting my stars from 1 to 4 for the quality customer service. THANKS

Really does work
This towel rack makes your towel warm and cozy!

Don’t put it on level 5 it will put burn marks on your towels
Works great, however when I put it on level 5 it wouldn’t shut off, I had to reset it with the breaker.All the other levels work fine with the timer. I find that level two or three works best.
