Work amazingly!
Arrived on time and very well packaged (double boxed in high quality boxes)!Works perfectly and I love that the temperature is adjustable. This is not a towel “heater”, like most. This is a towel “steamer”.Hopefully it lasts, and doesn’t get rusty…

Terrible quality
Received this item in January, the return window closed February 22nd so I’m stuck with it but you don’t need to be. Purchased this for home use so i couldnt imagine trying to use this professionally. We’ve used this steamer 1 time and it had water in it for no more than 24 hours. Left the door open for another couple days to allow it to air dry after draining it. Went to use it again today and there is rust developing inside the cabinet. If this were stainless steel with stainless steel fasteners it should definitely not be rusting already. Cheap construction and thanks again amazon for your dismal return policy.

Consistently hot towels
I operate one of the highest rated barbershops in the southeast. Our old-school straight razor shave is an extremely popular service and hot towels are important. I’ve been using the towel steamer for a little over a week and so far I love it. I’ve used a lot of towel warmers and even a roaster oven to heat my shave towels, all of which tend to dry the towels out. This unit uses a small heating element to actually boil water and produce steam. It uses approximately a quart of distilled water per day. It also heats the towels pretty quickly. However, I do have to wet my towels before placing them in the steamer. I tried putting them in dry and after several hours they were only moderately damp and warm, not suitable for a quality shave. This company’s customer service is amazing. They reply quickly and are super easy to deal with. If this product proves to be reliable over the long term, I will definitely buy again.11-14-19 UpdateAt 11 moths of operation there was a sensor failure. I contacted the seller and they promptly went to work with tech to resolve the issue. Though the issue was handled satisfactory, I feel it would have been better to communicate directly with tech. Once it was agreed that there was a sensor issue, the seller made the 3 replacement sensors available for purchase on Prime. It took 6 days to receive the new sensors and approximately 30 minutes to install them. The unit now works as good as new.Attached are additional pics of the sensors and an inverted bowl I use to cover the fill port to keep contaminates out of the water reservoir.I still go with 5 stars and recommend this product.

Poor customer service , response very late and canât do anything
This is my 2nd time buying this towel steamer. The inside of the steamer tends to rust even though it says that it doesnât rust.Itâs a good steamer but they donât provide any service and reaching out to them via email is completely pointless. The life span on this steamer is about 6-12 months and then you need to buy another because it tends to catch fire . Their so called warranty is only the first 6 months. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Best unit we have tried. All metal and seems sturdy.
Best quality one we have found. It is used daily. All others we tried are plastic but this one is all metal, albeit thin gauge. The unit operates by filling reservoir which holds a lot of water so you do not have to refill often. Dry towels go in and the unit boils the water in a catch basin beneath the lowest shelf. Temperature is controlled by a dial so you can adjust which is nice. Others we tried are either on or off. We shut the steamer off at night and remove towels to keep the unit free from mildew. We also use distilled water so as not to calcify up the unit as it does not seem to be easily taken apart for cleaning but you could probably flush with vinegar to descale. We hope it lasts and if it doesn’t I will update review.Update: 12/31/2019 unit has started to rust at bottom inside. Hopefully can get a replacement. Not very pleased.
