Quality and wide selection of icons
I love this deck of cards. I believe that everyone in my family âyet especially my grandson using it with my son-in-law will enjoy it. I believe that it will help to select famous people to highlight our February Black History Month.

I love this as a gift for my nephews.
I am trying to encourage my nephews to stay on the right path, and to make decisions that lead them closer to their goals. I hope they glean some of the wisdom from the Black Icons. Thereâs wisdom that can come from icons and everyday people of every color and background. I like that some of these icons made mistakes and stupid decisions and then turned things around! Tough to do, but life is hard- and we must develop our stamina and focus our drive to fulfill our true potential.

Great Concept For Motivation and Affirmations!
Being a person of color I found these cards to be a great gift inspirational gift for my male family members. Even if I were not a person of color I think I would enjoy this as well just because of the positivity and inspiration these cards bring. Growing up in society today, and the climate that our economy is in I think we could ALL use a reset and a pick-me-up from all of the loom and doom news that constantly continues to circulate. Reading these quotes not only inspired us but also helped with our creative thought process to come up with ideas of our own to brighten our future. If I had to make a simple critique I would say that I wish the cards were bigger. If you compare them to a regular deck of UNO cards that are drastically smaller. This may not be a problem for me, but I can see this being a problem for some especially if you wear glasses or have some impaired vision. Quality and inspirational.This set is great for the teenager who is trying to find his own identity, going through the struggles of adolescence, and, in a world with negative role-models, find words of affirmation from other African American men.Not all of these men were the best role models, (Mike Tyson, really?) but they are all positive and that is the most important. Even Tyson overcame a lot to be the heavyweight champion of the world.These are great for your teen or young adult.I hope this review was helpful!
