Nice flame effect and long battery life
Nice look and good flame color and flicker effect. I wish the flicker was a little more obvious, but that’s just personal preference. Note that the base is not weighted, so I bought some “Gute Taper Candle Holders” on Amazon… they’re inexpensive and heavy and fit perfectly. The batteries last forever in these candles… 2 AA batteries each kept these candles going from dusk to dawn for over 2 months. They were still going and I finally pulled the batteries out to put them away for the season.

Great for windows!
I bought these to put in my windows. I really didnât want something corded so the fact that these are battery operated is perfect. Iâve had these in my windows for a few months now and I have not needed to replace the batteries. They detect the sun setting and turn on automatically which is a wonderful feature. Very effortless to use. The base is removable (the base of the light is where the batteries go). They resemble a real, slightly flickering candle. Highly durable (they have withstood my toddlers messing with them frequently). Donât sleep on these!

So far these are wonderful candles
I ordered two sets of these candles and am so far very happy with my purchase. They all arrived in perfect condition, and all of them work just as described. Iâve had them in my windows for two days and nights, they all go off at dawn and come back on again at dusk. Iâm happy with they way they look when theyâre off too. When on, they give off a nice, warm light that looks very nice both in the room, and also from the street. Weâve always used electric candles with timers in our windows during the holidays. These look just as good as those and are a lot easier to deal with. No plugs and no playing with timers. You just put them in your windows with the light sensor pointing toward the window, and they go off and on automatically. Thereâs no remote and no timer, and each take two double A batteries. They are light weight, but thereâs no issue with them standing up at all. They fit my narrow window sill well and are a good height.. I will update my review if there are any changes, if they start malfunctioning, drain batteries, etc, but so far I recommend them.

Surprisingly wonderful
These are packaged in a small box of 6. They’re made of very light, almost cheap plastic, but they don’t look cheap. They don’t tip over easy. The “bulb” looks like a subtly flickering candle flame. The flame is very natural looking, more yellow than white. I placed them in 12 windows. They come on at dusk and go off at dawn. No electrical cords, no need to turn on or off. I don’t even think about them, I just enjoy them. Couldn’t be more maintenance free. Same batteries for a week so far. They show up well from outside too! I’m surprisingly super pleased!

Running on batteries, these wonderful candleâs batteries lasted long after Christmas. They look very attractive in the window and appear to be well-made. Kudos! One of my favorite Christmas purchases.

Cozy
I bought these to go in my windows. The candle comes off the base so you could use them in other holders. The flame on these are pretty convincing from a distance. The wick part is a wire you can adjust how straight the flame is. The light sensor is working fine so far. Will see how quickly the batteries drain. I hope they at least last the holidays.I like the narrowness of the rectangle base. Sits nicely on the window sill. Would work on a pretty narrow ledge. These are just plastic and really simple and light weight. They add a coziness to a space but i probably won’t use them in a centerpiece. Maybe a little spendy for what you get.

Solar, battery operated. NO WIRES!!!
Very happy with these candles. Love how they look in my windows. They have a cute flicker to them. Very lightweight. I love the fact that they are solar. They are very delicate meaning if you drop one, you could damage the solar mechanism. I dropped one and damaged the solar mechanism. So just be careful. I highly recommend!!!

Really nice
When I took them out of the box they felt rather flimsy, however, when I put the batteries in and stuck the base in the top, I was really impressed with how pretty they are. They stay in the windowsill just fine. And they were great. Iâm actually going to buy another set.
