I got 2! Wonderful mental health journal for rehabilitation or prevention.
This is a wonderful journal. The journal includes a section on personal goals, anxiety management, self compassion and confidence, problem-solving and forgiveness dream journal, and coloring pages a monthly tracking calendar, a daily record and weekly ref reflection thereâs a vision board and a goal tracker in the beginning and a bucket list for mental health, which does not talk about death by the way, it says, think about the things that can help you deal with your anxiety and write down some ideas that you can do in the future. Focus on something to look forward to. Thereâs a lot of self-awareness about fears and anxiety, reframing negative thoughts, identifying negative experiences self compassion exercises, transformation, mindfulness, thinking patterns, confidence, boosting, journaling, prompts, problem-solving, behavior, evaluations, limiting beliefs for giving others, setting boundaries and self forgiveness. The coloring pages are really nice and the monthly tracker has a daily mood Check in along with a habits and skills tracker. I was so pleasantly surprised by this journal that I ended up purchasing a second one for my other teenager. I had purchased the first one for my team who came home from a mental hospital and it is helping in her recovery and she is filling it out every day. It really is so nice. I would probably gift this to anybody, but I think that every kid needs one I would suggest that the age for this would be probably ages 10 to 12 and older and I think that it also works well for adults.

Very organized and nice quality for price
Organized by sections and really helps you gather your thoughts. I love how it has three ribbons for bookmarks so you can skip around and find sections to complete. I’ve had this for about a week and it is an excellent journal and the prompts really help you think and set your mind at ease.
