Best. Scented. Candle. Ever!!
I know that I purchase a lot of candles. What I usually do is stockpile during summer months so I can burn them during the winter months. What really makes me laugh is when people come over to my house and I always have candles lit, in safe places of course, and they question why Iâm burning it. A lot of people use candles for show. I live in a larger home and that is my three season room. What is next to the candle I just received? Another candle.First, I must say that this is one of the best smelling candles I have ever owned. And if my husband heard that, hâed be in shock because I do purchase a lot of candles. As soon as you open up the box, it permeates through the air. And, besides the candle smelling beautiful, the outside container it is in is absolutely lovely.This is my favorite scent. Eucalyptus. I feel that it smells so clean and I am a bit of a neat freak. Ok. A complete neat freak. I even purchased, over a year ago or so, things to make candles. The thought is there, but I always seem to buy one instead. I figured it could turn into another candle with the stuff that I bought because the outside, as I mentioned previously, is so pretty.I have showed all my scent diffusers, the plug-in water flowers, candles, scented wax burners, aroma defusers, etc. I have spent upwards of $100 for a candle to inexpensive ones that are made for places like CVS and such. I think I found my now favorite candle. There is nothing negative. I can say about this. I mean, nothing at all. The price point was fabulous, the bottle is gorgeous, the scent is amazing, and I am thrilled with it.If by chance you are wondering, what is the black dots inside the candle that was just me blowing it out after I burnt it for a bit. Lastly, I just wanted to show how much wax I buy for wax burners the entertainment center in the corner of the room is filled with candles. I just love a fresh smelling home.

A Very Clean Refreshing Fragrance but One with More Limited Application
Verbena is a flowering annual with a fragrance of light, sweet, lemony notes. Basil is basil â but realize, basil is part of (and closely related to) the mint (lamiaceae) family. In fact, many varieties of basil have fragrance characteristics very similar to mint, and many people often mistake fresh basil for mint. So the overall notes of this candle are of a slightly sweet herbal fragrance. And at first, I most definitely was picking up the basil tones, but after an hour or so, suddenly my nose was now sensing mint.Basil certainly evokes thoughts of Italian cooking and mint certainly evokes thoughts of clean, cool, and refreshing. For these reasons, I think this candle works well as a kitchen candle, a dining table candle, or a background scent for a dinner party, where the herbal fragrance can complement the actual food aromas. It would also work well in âquick-visitâ locations â like the powder room â where the herbal scent will evoke notions of clean and fresh.But if you like to burn (or melt) candles for longer periods of time to truly fill your room or home with fragrance, this might be a bit too herbal for that purpose. After an hour or so (when the fragrance notes tricked my brain and changed from basil to mint), the overall herbal fragrance really became a bit too overwhelming for me, and I had to turn off the candle warmer. I can enjoy a floral or conifer fragrance for hours, but basil (or mint â or both) seems best enjoyed in smaller doses, which is why I think itâs the perfect candle to accompany (and complement) your dining adventures for an hour at a time.But, if you do like herbal fragrances, you will absolutely love this candle in any doses â small or large.
