It keeps you focused on the important stuff.
I have tried different journals to get myself organized and productive, and I was curious about this “intention” journal.Several journals keep your attention on different things, while this only makes you focus on the intention for the day. It’s easy and straightforward, and it truly keeps you focused on making your intention for the day a reality. There are five spaces to fill during the day and three spaces for nighttime.The journal’s quality and size make it perfect for taking on the go in case you need to readjust some content or remind yourself of your intention. It is a little pricey compared to other journals, but it’s good enough for six months of daily use, which is perfect.

This is a BEAUTIFUL intentions journal from Mantra Band! VERY high quality cloth covering. Simple yet so intentional and helpful to keep yourself in a state of peace and gratitude! I personally am LOVING using this on the daily! You can feel the genuine love they put into it. It’s simple, but it’s luxurious and effective. Very thoughtful and loving instructions with an example page. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
