Favorite wellness journal!
This is like 3 journals in 1. Food journal, exercise journal and gratitude journal. It lasts 3-4 months. I’m on my second one. Such a great value!

This is a great journal for keeping track of good habits like how much movement Iâm getting and how many servings of vegetables Iâm eating. I appreciate that it makes me consider what went well with my day and what Iâm feeling grateful for instead of focusing solely on what I eat.

This has been one of the best buys ever from Amazon. Very well made and nicely laid out. It gives me self-accountability and keeps track of what I eat, do, and work on. Just open before bed, so easy. The plus is a record of all that, such as when there is a flare-up, etc.Love it.

Even the cover is calming
This journal is almost exactly what I was looking for. Some similar journals go overboard with calories, measurements, weekly data, etc. This has a 5 goals page at the beginning, plus the nutrition advice. After that, the rest of the journal is the daily page (shown in the pictures), and a few blank notes pages in the back. The only thing that I also hoped for was some sort of weekly or monthly âlook backâ or âreflectionâ. Overall, I still think this is the best journal out there when it comes to a food journal/well being journal. I look forward to filling it out, and filling it out helps me realize I may unbalanced with exercise, diet, sleep, etc.

First useable page has slots for 5 goals and three steps to accomplish each of them. After that there’s 120 health tracking pages, followed by four pages of general note space. Seems fairly user friendly, I bought it for my grandmother for Christmas to motivate some health goals, so we’ll see how she likes it in a few weeks!

I use it to track my nutrition and exercise. It also includes a gratitude section and a short section to journal about any daily difficulties. The front of the journal allows you to write a few goals down . Also includes a short tutorial about healthy living.
