I have used it once so far, it worked well at keeping the food hot and transporting it. I was surprised that the handles were sewn on unevenly though. I don’t think that was intentional, but I could be wrong. I will still use it. I like that it has 2 levels and the extra pocket.

A friend asked me to cater a dinner for 20 people . This was during the winter when outside temps were in the 30’s and I wondered how I could get the entree to the venue. and keep it warm I decided to make brisket. At home, I divided the brisket between two enameled cast iron baking pans and baked the meatI had a 30 minute drive to the hotel. When I was ready to head out , I put approx each 10 lbs of brisket in a 9 x 13 foil pan covered with aluminum foil and put into the carrier. (I had bought 2) When I opened both carriers at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find the foil trays were still warm. Bravo!Zippers are a nice quality too
