How long does the diffuser run?
This palm-sized 120ml diffuser is perfect for small rooms like office and bedroom, it will run for 3-4 hrs on continuous mist mode, if you wanna it lasts longer, you can set it on intermitten mist mode that will last up to 6 hrs.
The mist is not strong or even no mist?
Please add water lower than the MAX line, cause exceed water line will cause low mist or no mist.
How to know if it’s on continuous mist or intermitten mist?
There is a little indicator light above the MIST button, RED light means continuous mist, GREEN light means intermitten mist (mist and pause every 30 seconds).
Why can’t smell aroma after using for a period of time?
Pls clean the diffuser regularly: 1. Add 100ml water and a few drops vinegar in the tank; 2. Let the diffuser work for 5 minutes, use the cotton swab to clean the middle disk inside water tank; 3. Remove the water in the tank and wipe the water tank.
Can I use the mist and light seperately?

This is an edit to my original review:My diffuser was replaced. The replacement works great! So amazing!It’s beautiful, but it doesn’t work properly. It either shuts off in mid cycle or doesn’t do anything like in the picture shown. I’m really not happy about this at all.

Stopped diffusing after a month
**update: the customer service from this company is excellent! The company reached out to me and replaced my faulty diffuser within less than a week. New unit arrived today and seems to be working perfectly. I would order from this company again as they clearly stand by their products and are quick to respond to any customer complaints. I am updating my review to reflect this.I loved this diffuser at first for my classroom- but Iâve only had it a little over a month and it has now intermittently stopped diffusing. The lights still work but it will suddenly stop misting the water/oil after itâs just been filled with water. Iâve cleaned it out completely, only ever use distilled/purified water and never overfill it. Some days it works fine and others it will not. Disappointed in the quality for not lasting.

So it’s cute but it do snt work. It doesn’t humidify as d scribed. I just have big boobs of water sitting on top of the canister too. What a waste and a disappointment. Don’t waste your money.

I loved this item at first. Barely used it a handful of times and it stopped working. The last time I tried to use it, sparks came out from the connection that is on the base, I checked it and it was rusted. The few times I used it I made sure I followed the directions every time and have been very careful since I can’t trust water and electric connections being near to each other. My time for returning already passed, I think I will invest in something more reliable.Update: Seller reached out after seeing my review. He offered to refund or send another product. I submitted pictures of the rusted charging port and requested a refund instead of another item. Seller issued a refund to satisfy my request. Good customer service.
