One of the best scented candles
I’ve bought this candle quite a few times now. The first time I bought it was for my boyfriend and then I was shocked how wonderful it smelt so I bought some more. The wick quality is really decent and it burns for quite awhile. The scent is a nice warm vanilla with a light smokey scent but it’s not over powering. As long as this candle is available I’ll keep buying!

The vintage leather, honestly doesnât smell that great. Super disappointed but that was a poor selection on my part. Itâs a very Smokey smell not a leather tbh.Patchouli Amber smells AMAZING but (here we go I know), the wax was like melted I guess, In best words all over the top and sides of the jar. I bought it as a present so I did my best to wipe it down, it smells too good not to gift. I think it might have been a warehouse storage issue maybe?White tea and Lily smells beyond amazing and like super fresh. Like youâre literally smelling a field of flowers. No melted wax all over the top, and sides it was perfect.The packaging is very nice and the jars seem very heavy duty. Iâll def be ordering some more of these candles for my use next time and not just as presents.

Mostly good, overwhelming scent for me
I’d say 90% of what I’m looking for comes with this candle — clean burning, nice sleek packaging, great scent. The major issue I have is that the scent is overwhelming. I am not typically sensitive to smells and tend to have no issues with colognes or shops like Yankee Candle that give other people headaches. This candle has a nice cologne style smell (Lavender Woods), but it’s just simply too much. It’s like getting in an elevator with someone wearing way too much and then getting stuck in there with them for an hour. At first, you say “ooh, that’s a pungent aroma”, and then 30 mins in you’re saying “dear lord, put that thing out”. I have gone through about 30 candles from 5 or 6 different companies in my office and this one by far has the most intense scent.Maybe it’s a fluke. This is the first one I have gotten from this company. But if it is, that’s not a great sign of consistency of product either if I just happened to get a bad one.

I wanted wax for an electric burner and had gone through several âwoodâ, âcabinâ, âfireâ candles and waxes and none fit what I wanted. I wants to feel like a fireplace was burning.This candle delivers. I just scrape a tiny row of its soft wax into the warmer every few weeks and it comes on just around bedtime for a half hour and itâs absolutely the perfect scent.

Horrible cloying scent, not like previous candles, and âMade in Chinaâ
This âLavender Woodsâ lists âgrapefruit, lavender, vetiver, mossâ as its notes but it is NONE of those ⦠within 30 seconds of lighting, room smelled like cheap teenage cologne had been sprayed all about. Had to open windows to get rid of the scent, 2 people got a headache. Also, âdesigned in Californiaâ and âCalifornia-basedâ and etc. = misleading. MADE IN CHINA is prominent on the packaging. I wonder if they used to be more US-based, but switched to cheap manufacturing? This candle is truly awful. I have purchased Craft & Kin candles many times before, for myself and for gifts, and theyâre always great. But no wonder this one was on sale. I thought it was just a post-holiday sale but Iâm guessing theyâre trying to dump these. Do not buy. And now I wouldnât buy other things again be/c I no longer trust the brand.
