I love this toner! Itâs not strongly scented and works great for my sensitive skin. Iâve had no bad reactions while using this and I have rosacea. It leaves my face feeling refreshed and hydrated before I moisturize.

I liked the product because of how I didn’t have to use an excessive amount, like I’ve had to with another brand (Kikumasamune). The ingredients are another thing that sealed the deal for me. The fragrance is strong and smells like 2000s Chanel No. 27 perfume BUT it goes away within 20 seconds.It doesn’t leave my face red or cause any breakouts. Also no stinging or itchy sensation while applying with my hands or a cotton pad. I would suggest using your hands to apply this toner versus cotton pad or ball. It comes out like gel or as if you squirted hand sanitizer in your hand.I was put off by the original price $13 for 5 ounces of toner (I got it for $8 from a sale) and after using it for over two weeks, I haven’t even gone through a quarter of it! For the price, I’d say it’s worth buying.The toner has a safety cap that prevents it from spilling out and can easily be removed by hand or using the tip of a screwdriver or card.If Amazon didn’t keep declining my reviews, I would have had a video attached reviewing the product. Sadly I’ll have to keep from adding the video.

Refreshing Facial Rice Toner!
I decided to try this Rice toner to complement the Rice Moisturizer I recently purchased. The toner is gentle on my face, does not tingle, burn, or have a reaction on my sensitive skin. It has a pleasant scent and after a few minutes, I can feel my face feeling so much softer. I am pleased this purchase.

I will rate this tonner with 4 but the bottle with 1⦠it is so hard you cannot even squeeze it. Very uncomfortable to use itâ¦like I am really making an effort to shake it every time I use it. Not sure about the effect of the toner, but since I tried couple of products from face shop and liked them, I decided to try this one as well.
