Better than olive oil for coffee
Love this coconut MCT oil. I blend it using a “tiny milk frother wand” with milk (1TB in 2oz milk) and then pour it in my coffee (thanks to Starbucks for the idea) Starbucks uses olive oil which gives off a olive oil and slightly nutty taste – great if you love olive oil tasting coffee. But this MCT oil gives a slightly nutty taste (but not coconutty taste). I’ve tried pouring it directly into my coffee which is okay but it will just float on top. With the milk used as an emulsifier it is much better. Next use will be on my salads with balsamic vinegar…

Don’t like taste and has aftertaste
This product is okay. Taste is not great and I normally like vanilla flavored things. I don’t drink coffee, tea, smoothies, or shakes so I can’t mix with that. Description did say you could mix with soda (which I like vanilla flavored), but I pretty much had to chug it due to the aftertaste to get it down. It tasted better with my Coconut Water drink I have in the mornings but I have to continuously shake the bottle to keep it mixed. I asked seller if I could just do a tablespoon by itself – I could handle the taste/aftertaste for one swallow. They never answered my question and just suggested mixing it. I have not used it long enough to see any other benefit. Just beware it does not taste like you think and most definitely has an aftertaste.**Seller saw review and offered me a refund which I accepted. So far I have not seen any results or feel any different. I don’t have tummy upset or any side effects like in the comments. I may try the unflavored to give it another change, but definitely will not buy the creamy vanilla again.
