My son is having a hard time and he really enjoys scents. Heâs loving this. Anytime heâs feeling overwhelmed he puts more on or smells it and his mood lightens a bit.

The scent itself is a little strong and I don’t pick up on any notes of essential oils of jasmine, vanilla or rose (I own each separately) but I do feel calm after I use it. The smell gets to me sometimes and I don’t want to use it for that reason but I do think for the purposes of calming yourself it would do well.
