Ya know, I actually really love this towel warmer. Some people say itâs cheap looking but I disagree.. the only questionable part is the display screen. The insert can get a little loose but itâs easy to press back into place. I love the heating customization, the uv disinfection light, how quickly it heats up, and the capacity!

After looking and looking for a good one with reviews!This one is it !I love it warms up fast! Spacious too! when trying it out for the first time has its smell but it will go away ! Iâm a massage therapist and I use many towels and so far no problem at all

This towel warmer is super lightweight so I can easily move it from one spa room to another if needed. It heats up quickly and works great!

It works fine but looks inexpensive.
This is an extremely basic function device. The buttons, molded handle, front face, and labeling are all very low-quality plastic, coated metal, and film, so do not expect anybody to be impressed at how it looks. On the other hand, it functions adequately and keeps towels warm. There is no temperature control other than on and off. It is light as might be expected from the use of thin metal sheeting and plastic. The first unit I received had a dent in it even though it was correctly packed, so I presume that happened during the packing process, suggesting that the thin metal is easy to dent.

Conveniently broken
This was an amazing product for about three months, which is convenient because now Amazon isn’t helping me get a replacement or return this useless towel warmer. I should have gone with my gut and gotten Earthlite.It seems like part of the heating element has gone out, the towels are staying Luke warm at best, and as of today? Suddenly condensation everywhere, the seal has now come undone annnnnd lovingly enough, low and behold the screws behind the seal? have rusted.I have a high volume massage practice with three therapists, luckily we will be relying on our back up warmer in the meantime.Don’t was your money please.
