Nice candle–way too high $$
This is a large candle–remember those big 3-wick candles from the late 90’s/early 00’s? This is about that size, except it has 4 wicks. It is also in a large glass jar. There is no lid. The scent is nice–kind of floral, kind of…something else? I don’t smell leather or sandlewood. I’m not sure I smell amber either, if I’m being honest. To me, amber is a much warmer, fuller scent…much like leather or sandlewood. I can see how this might be a scent used in a hotel–it is kind of like that, but not exactly like that, IMO. It’s nice, but it’s not exactly what I was expecting. Also, at the time of this writing, it is being sold for $149.99. There is no way I’d ever pay that for a candle, especially one that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I have no idea if it will burn for 300 hours or not–I don’t typically find most candles burn for the number of hours advertised. I was able to review this via the Vine program, but the review is all mine. I will still be paying a portion of this in my taxes, but still, I would consider this to be greatly overpriced. Recommended but with reservations.

Clean welcoming scent and made from essential oils.
My wife loves burning candles all the time. I enjoy some of the candles, but some are overbearing. I also am concerned with the ingredients used to make the candles. A lot of candles use harmful ingredients to lower cost. So I had to keep that in mind when reviewing this higher cost candle. I’m comparing candle size, burn time and quality/ingredients. After burning this for a couple days now, these are my findings. This candle is over 6lbs. It’s heavy! Comes very well wrapped. In fact it was funny having to keep opening packages to get to the candle. The candle itself comes in a nice bag, and the candle is wrapped in plastic. It was at this point I could smell the candle very well. We love the black glass container. Looks great on our table. Once we lit all 4 wicks, we let it burn for a few hours. Our house filled with a clean softer smell that’s welcoming to both male and female’s. It’s not overbearing at all, it’s easy to smell and very pleasant, not a punch in the face. I’m also very happy that this candle is made from essential oils, burns clean and evenly. We have burned this candle for 10hr’s now and still looks new. Time will tell if it has a full 300 hrs. In conclusion, I find this candle worth it. Love all and have nothing negative to report. I will update this review if anything changes.

Great Scent, Poor Quality Control
First, I’ll just say that I have many Aroma360 products and have never had an issue with burn time, scent strength or presentation. Unfortunately, when this candle arrived I discovered multiple issues. I knew there was a quality issue just by looking at the box, there was wax that had saturated the bottom (did it smell good though? yes). When I opened it, the beautiful bag was stiff so I knew that it had also been saturated with wax. When inspecting the candle, it was obvious that the candle had been exposed to temps warm enough to cause melting as the top was completely warped and uneven to the point that only one of the wicks was exposed enough to burn. I’ll have to dig out wax to get to the other wicks. For the time being, I’m using a candle warmer to release the fragrance, which is wonderful. If I’d spent full price on this defective item, I would be very upset as the price tag isn’t small. Three stars because historically I’ve never had an issue with this brand.
