This product is really amazing. As soon as I turn it on, my room is filled with fragrance. Be sure to check the manual and precautions, as it explains how to maintain and use it. Some thick essential oils need to be mixed before use. Iâve used many waterless aroma diffusers, and they need to be used this way, otherwise, they might not produce mist.

It’s simple, effective, and its (very) limited control options actually fit my use-case really well. Basically you can 3 modes of operation: – 1 min (constant operation for 2 hours, 22 idle, repeat) – 3 min (40s every 3 mins for 8 hours, 16 idle, repeat) – 5 min (20 every 5 mins for 8 hours, 16 idle, repeat)That’s likely not great for everyone, but for me they work really well. I’m finding in a moderately ventilated room that the low setting is plenty strong and its cycle suits my use-case perfectly. The minimalism is pleasant, but it does seem a shame to offer such limited control when this device ought to be WAY more versatile simply by dialing 3 separate settings (duration, frequency, hours per day). Depending on the space and the scent, this could be way too strong and/or wasteful, or even too weak.My other nitpick is the light. It’s directly inside the exhaust port, lighting up the mist. And it looks pretty cool, but in a dark room it’s quite bright, and an unnecessary battery drain that cannot be disabled. I’ll have to design and 3d print meandering-path “smoke stack” to place over it and silence that light, at which point it won’t be looking so sleek.Lastly, the feed could stand to be thicker and softer. Placing it on top of a thick cloth reduces noise considerably – again at the cost of aesthetics.With these issues addressed, it really is quite quiet and (for me) efficient and effective. Overall I’m fairly satisfied for the price. That said, the simple improvements (better controls, optional light, better feet) ought to be fixable with minimal increase in cost and complexity, and I’d rather pay a bit more money to have them fixed.There is one more thing, and that’s the white USB-C cable that ships with it. It really ought to be black and C-toC, with one right-angled end. That would match the overall quality of aesthetics and be more versatile with placement and hiding the cable. I hesitate to mention it because swapping out the cable is a trivial no-compromise fix and not worth driving up the base price – especially when there is no true one-size-fits-all option for that accessory anyway.
