The Good Book
This is a nice little textured black book, and I like that it includes some inspirational words in its pages. Being able to write stuff down on the good things and what you want to aim at everyday always keeps those things on your mind. It certainly helps. 13 weeks means it’s not forever, or a whole new years resolution. And if you make it halfway, that’s pretty good.

Great for planning goals
My biggest flaw in my opinion is discipline, so when I saw this journal I thought it be perfect for setting goals, holding myself accountable and a visual look at how well I’m doing. This book is really detailed and structured so that you can stay on target and get into your feeling when you succeed or fail at a goal you’re trying to achieve along with pushing you to continue on your journey. I think if I can consistently follow and write in this journal daily, I will have learned a little about self discipline and control. I like it a lot.
