Very poor quality stopped working after three months
Bought in November in February it stopped working just shuts off for no reason only had for three months should last a lot longer very poor product not happy will never buy anything again

Soothing, functional, and cute
Very happy with my purchase. I was worried it would be small, but itâs a good size. It comes apart easily, but doesnât leak whatsoever. The rain sound is so soothing. It produces plenty of humidity but doesnât fog up the room. It takes a few minutes for all spouts to start dripping, but they started eventually. The little wire it comes with is super helpful for that if itâs needed.

Works…. but was refurbished/missing items
The product is missing two things. The items in question are the cleaning brush, and the wire to clear blockages in the rain droplet holes. The items aren’t vastly important to the functioning of the product… but it would have been nice to get EVERYTHING that I paid for, especially cleaning and maintenance items that would help increase the longevity of my product. Not only that, but upon arrival, there was no sealing of the package such as protective film, tamper tape, etc. to show that the product was untouched before being shipped (probably why I was missing items). Not only that, but upon opening the product and inspecting it, there were water marks all over the product, and a piece of plastic trash (presumably the plastic that WAS supposed to be wrapped around the two missing items). just sitting inside. The water marks being an obvious sign of previous usage. I did not order a “refurbished” product, so am upset that I received one that was.That all being said…. the product DOES work, but I am leaving a rating of one star due to receiving a USED product with missing items

Love this Diffuser/Vaporizer
If you love the sound of gently falling rain, this diffuser/vaporizer is for you! We also use it as a nightlight because it has changing color function (which you can turn off as well). Easy to use, works well – just keep an eye on the water level.

Broke & plugged up.
I’m so sad that this didn’t work out because I absolutely loved the concept. The water kept getting stuck in the little tubes that drop the water into the ‘rain water’ (they do give you a thin paper clip looking thing to stick up in the tubes to get the water unstuck- but you have to do that a bazillion times… at first it is somewhat relaxing to do that but then it gets really annoying and you kinda feel like throwing the cute cloud across the room. Kidding- kidding. No clouds were harmed in the making of this review) I was willing to keep unsticking the water but then the entire product decided it had enough with being poked and stopped working. All very sad and there were lots of tears from both my children. 🙁

Very calming and relaxing. Nice that you have options with it. Can change the colour settings to multi or any one single colour. Can turn off the water sound and the light if you want. It comes with a handy remote and you can put on the timer if you want. Good purchase. If you find the sound of water calming, you will like this.

Iâve had the raindrop/ humidifier setting on for 10 minutes with the different colours on automatic and already feel calm and relaxed! I canât stop looking at it!Can change the settings easily and the remote is easy to use! I would definitely say itâs good value for money and would buy another one again. I would highly recommend, perfect to use anywhere in the room for a calming effect, I have mine on my bedside table.
