Nice addition to the bathroom
This was pretty easy to put together and set up. I really like that this towel warmer comes with a shelf to sit stuff off. The size is perfect and it does work as intended. Iâve never used a towel warmer before so was expecting it to get a lot warmer than it does but it might just be normal. The only downside for me is that it just doesnât get the towel very warm at all.

Freestanding Towel Warmer
I love this freestanding towel warmer. It works great to hang your towel on it while you are in the bathtub or shower and allows you to have a cozy, warm towel to dry off with when done. It can be operated via an app which makes it super convenient. It is a stylish color and design and looks great in any bathroom. It is a nice product and a good value. I got the version that also has an adjustable, removable shelf. It is not great for a small bathroom, but is good for a medium to larger bathroom. I am happy with this product and would recommend it.

Towels don’t get to warm
This is an ok towel warm and good if you have never had the enclosed type. My wife and I use a towel warmer every nice. We have an enclosed one that your drop your towels. Challenge is that sometime the towel will not heat completely if it is a large towel. We were hoping that the vertical stand would provide more even heat and provide a hotter towel. The towel rack did an average job. It got hot but the towel was not any hotter than our current one. The display shows it gets up to 155 degrees but the towel really needs to be lying directly against it to get good and warm. The assembly was a nightmare and should have been super easy since there is only 4 screws which attach the legs to the rack. There is a major design flaw in the hole for the screws. The screws are not very long and you have to drop it into the hole to screw to the rack. The inside of the leg is hollow. If the screw falls inside it is a total pain to get it out. Twice the screw did not take when i started to screw it and fell into the leg. That required a magnet and tools to fish out. That took about 30 minutes. The other thing that was not a crowd pleaser is that to use the app you must sign up for an account and give a lot of access to the phones data to use the rack via the phone. There are data items it was wanting access to which made no sense that the rack needed. The app is nice as it allows you to schedule when the rack goes on and off. You can also use the control panel on the rack but you will not get the scheduling function. The app works with Alexa so you can speak to Alexa to control the rack.
