Good quality and effective skin care support
This item is an 16oz amber glass bottle of castor oil that is infused with coconut oil and shea butter and comes with other ingredients too. The ingredients are not identified as organic. It does contain some other ingredients that also really make sense like the coconut and shea do. These additional ingredients include sunflower oil, soyabean oil, vitamin E and more. I don’t like the added preservative BHT for food, but that oil seems all right for external use on the skin as it is an antioxidant too. This oil blend is thick like regular castor oil and I am using it for skin care on my arms and legs. This oil clearly nourishes my skin, moisturizing and hydrating it. The price point seems reasonable for the large 16oz bottle. Overall, I like this blend as I do with another version the producers offer. This oil blend does a good job improving my skin health.

Nice smelling moisturizer for the whole body
This castor oil is so luxurious and sweet smelling. The addition of coconut oil make it smell great. Itâs a great moisturizer for my face and doesnât feel sticky at all. You get a lot of oil for the price.

Learning curve to use castor oil as it is surprisingly sticky and thick, but I mix mine in with my moisturizer at night and itâs been fine! I love the amber glass and the pump makes it easy to use. Little goes a long way. Great for dry feet, but again, very sticky so I do wear socks and cover whatever body part I put it on and by morning Iâm still very soft and itâs already soaked in.

Light, pleasant smell, BUT there’s a lack of transparency with ingredients.
I’ve recently really gotten into the benefits of castor oil and putting it on your belly button and on your skin, etc. I really like that this bottle has a pump. When you’re pouring it it can get EVERYWHERE. I can’t tell you how many oily rings I’ve gotten on my bedside table. The pump really alleviates that issue. I also love that it comes in a glass amber bottle (truly how you should always get castor oil). It’s 100% pure cold pressed AND hexane free which is another positive. It has coconut oil and shea butter in it as well which is nice and it gives it a nice pleasant (but light) coconut scent to it.HOWEVER… the ONLY reason that I gave this a 3 star instead of a 5 star is that nowhere in the description does it list the ingredients. I am really trying to cut down on products that have a ton of ingredients in them, especially ones with vagueness like “fragrance” as we all know that that could basically be anything. This product contains “bht” which has a 5 rating on EWG (potentially hazardous) and “fragrance” which again, I try to avoid. The other ingredients (13 in all, the others various seed oils from what I can tell) seem OK so I will probably still use this but I do think that it was misleading since from the front and what is seen in the pictures it looks like its’ just castor oil, coconut oil and shea butter which is NOT the case. I like some transparency with my products for sure.

wonderful for my skin
Castor oil is thick and in its pure form is very healthy for my skin. I found this castor oil to be effective with moisturizing my skin and adding a youthful glow as well. The scent is mild and almost not there. The color is a light caramel that does not stain my skin. This is a great value for the money and comes with a huge jar that will last me a very long time.
