1. This scent air machine diffuses intermittently. It will work for serval seconds, then pause, and work again.
2. Check the Power.
3. Replace the oil with rubbing alcohol and run it through for 5 mins.

1. The bottle is loose. Screw it in properly, straight and tight.

After Sale Help Was Wonderful
Hooked up diffuser and did not seem to work correctly. Emailed JCloud and within 24 hours they had emailed back with solutions they wanted me to try. Machine still did not operate correctly and they sent a replacement immediately. The replacement works wonderfully. App easy to connect and adjust working time/amount of oil used. Gives an estimate on how many days the amount of oil will last based on work time/amount of oil. Hooked it up to HVAC and the whole house smells great.

This thing is wonderful! The instructions are a little lacking, but it’s not hard to figure out. I had it up & running in 5-10 minutes & my house smells heavenly!!! I didn’t even try to figure out the control panel. I downloaded the app & played with the scheduling & it worked flawlessly! I wish I had bought this months ago when I first saw it! If you email them within 10 days of purchase, they will give you a second year warranty for free. They responded to my email so fast, thanked me & gave me some contact info if I ever needed help. So far this company is nothing but A+!!! If you are on the fence, go with this one!

2nd thoughts on second purchase
This is my second purchase. The first one had an unfortunate accident when it was knocked to the floor and the glass shattered, cut the dogs paw, requiring stitches.We purchased another one, a larger model, offering a better deal.What a bust, did not work. I spent 3 hours trying to set up and it ran all day and had no mist. I immediately purchased this one again. I’ll wall mount it this time. It was a great machine made our house smell good.Buy JCloud diffusers-best brand. Amended 4/9 So I have the second machine setup and running and I am noticing a difference in operating the new upgraded machine. Is the updated for 2024 version very different than the other one? I’m beginning to regret not reordering the same model as before. ????

Perfect machine
Yes, this machine is easy to use easy to operate. The app is very intuitive. You can adjust the consumption of the oil in two different ways which that would extend it from 30 days to 90 days and so on and so what you can extend the oil for last in a long time I love it. It does exactly what it says. Very happy with it and very quiet.

Weak after a short time
I bought this HVAC diffuser beginning of September, 2024. It worked absolutely wonderful at first, however after less than two months it is very weak and cannot be smelled in my house. I am ONLY using Hotel scents with the machine and it is on the highest scent setting. I have tried cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol as instructed and they did not help at all.
