I love this toner! I did with it came in a glass bottle like the moisturizer, but itâs plastic. The toner is gentle, does not break me out, and does feel cooling on the skin. Pairs well with the Kaine calm green aqua cream.

My forever toner
I absolutely adore this toner.I have extremely sensitive dry skin that developes red sensitised patches throughout the day no matter the weather and this toner has helped with sensitivity and deep hydration.But the main thing I noticed with this toner in only the first week of consistent morning and night use is it faded my hyperpigmentation extremely fast.Also love the fact the consistency is a bit more vicious but extremely thin and spreadable. Almost like a milk toner without the thickness of that creamy layer that doesn’t absorb as well.Definitely grab this ampoule toner. Great benefits for the skin, fades scarring, hydrating, soothing, and super aesthetic packaging!!LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thank you Kaine

Watery and hydrating
I’m really enjoying the consistency of this toner. It’s watery, only slightly viscous and hydrates my face well after washing. It absorbs nicely and quickly without any stickiness to it and feels almost cooling to the skin. I didn’t get much of any scent to the toner, which is nice especially if you don’t like fragrance. I love how this leaves my skin plump, refreshed and can put multiple layers on and it still feels light. I use my hands to apply this and pat it into my skin as I don’t want to waste any of the product. The bottle is really pretty and minimal, I thought it was glass at first but it is plastic sadly.

Lightweight, hydrating skin-loving toner!
I love Korean skincare, so when I had the opportunity to try the Kaine brand, I was excited. For reference, I have combination, acne-prone skin with mild sensitivity. This toner is made with 60% fermented kombucha, which the company states has 8 times more vitamin C than lemons. Additionally, the formula contains 1% panthenol, which is suppose to strengthen and support your skin barrier. All in all, it seems to be formulated with good, skin-loving ingredients (after running it through a skincare checker), and it has no fragrance, parabens, or artificial dyes.While this is marketed as a toner, I treat it more like an essence. Itâs thicker than any toner Iâve used before, so Iâve really come to enjoy the texture. I double cleanse at night, and then I used a micellar water as a third step to ensure all remnants from the day are off my face. Iâve been using the Kaine ampoule toner after this third step. However, I donât use a cotton ball to put this on my face. I find that this wastes a lot of the product because itâs absorbed into the cotton. Instead I pour some directly into my palms, and then pat it gently into my skin. My skin soaks it right up. The toner just feels really lovely on the face. Itâs refreshing and honestly makes my skin feel nourished and hydrated. I also havenât experienced any irritation whatsoever.Everything about this product and brand is really great, from the beautiful (and sustainable) packaging to the actual formulation of the toner. Overall, Iâm happy to say that I would definitely purchase this again! Iâm even looking into some of their other skincare products. Highly recommend!

Great ampoule essence
This KAINE Kombu Balancing Ampoule Toner has a gel water consistency which is thicker than regular toner and thinner than gel. This feels like an essence so I use this in place of toner and serum in hot weather. I tried cotton pads and this a bit thick and just sitting on the cotton round. So I drip this on my palm and spread this with my fingers. The liquid absorbs readily and provides a good base for the following moisturizer. It’s gentle and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I do feel the difference this make on my skin because my skin feels softer when using this before moisturizer than just using moisturizer alone. A great essence and a gentle one at that.

Very thin toner
I was excited to use this toner, but Iâve brought cheaper toners with better quality.The toner has a very thin texture ( I prefer a thicker texture) thatâs no smell to the toner, but I havenât seen any drastic difference in my skin as far as minimizing pores.I probably wouldnât buy this product again.
