A lot of moisturizers can be tens (or even hundreds) of dollars an ounce. Manufacturers may utilize fancy packaging, various marketing tactics, and lofty promises to justify the insane price tags of those products. The kicker is that none of that actually guarantees that the product is actually tens (or even hundreds) of times better than a product that’s a fraction of the price. This CeraVe moisturizer is not only a much better value than many competing moisturizers, but it punches well above its weight in terms of performance and product design.Besides the price, one of the best things about this is the moisturizer itself. It doesn’t contain fragrance (which can irritate some people’s skin). It is lightweight and gentle. Even though it is marketed as being for dry skin, I think this would work for any skin type. Because you can always apply a very thin layer if you tend to have oilier skin, and you can alway add an additional layer if your skin really needs it.Speaking of layers, the product layers really well with other skincare products. I apply it after my vitamin c serum and before my sunscreen during the day, and I apply it after my Differin gel at night. It compliments the other products in my routine very well.I also like that it comes in a pump. So many (much more expensive) moisturizers come in a jar, which I don’t find to be particularly hygienic. Every time that jar is opened, it gets exposed to air and moisture. This can create a ripe breeding ground for bacterial growth. The bottle and pump style of the CeraVe moisturizer keeps these elements out of the product, ensuring that it stays hygienic for the duration of its use. I also find that the pump gives me greater control over how much product I dispense at any given time.Overall, this is an excellent moisturizer. It has remained a staple of so many people’s skincare regimens for decades, and its great performance, hygienic design, and excellent performance ensure that it will continue to do so for decades to come.

Light, quick drying, non greasy
I decided to use this product after using their a.m. and p.m. facial moisturizer. I feel like this is a pretty good lotion and it makes my skin feel soft while not feeling like a heavy lotion or a greasy lotion. It spreads out well on the skin and dries very quickly. It seems to be helping with my dry skin. I would recommend this product.

Economical but high-end lotion
This lotion is high quality but the price is reasonable. The appearance and texture looks a little thin but it absorbs into my skin within 15-30 minutes and keeps my skin hydrated.Iâll tell you my trick. I have more expensive face lotion I put on my face but Iâve learned not to put it on my jaw, under my jaw, my neck, or my chest. Why? Because I use this lotion for those big areas of skin which saves me a lot of money and has the same power of wrinkle reduction and attractive appearance.I just have to wait 15-30 minutes for it to absorb into my skin before I put my sunscreen on over it. Itâs a small sacrifice to pay for saving money and getting the same results as if you were using your more expensive face lotion. You could probably even skip the expensive face lotion and use this lotion for your face, jaw, under your jaw, your neck, and chest.I definitely recommend this lotion.

Mas, há uns dias atrás, decidi, no perÃodo da manhã, voltar a aplicar um hidratante de vitamina c na pele e, no perÃodo da noite, o CeraVe, mas minha pele não reagiu bem, então voltei para o meu favoritinho. Prossigo usando diariamente, dia e noite.Quanto ao gel de limpeza, é também muito gentil. Faz espuma suficiente e é econômico, pois não precisa de muito produto para conseguir realizar uma limpeza de qualidade. Eles não têm perfume, não irrita o nariz e não irrita os olhos (apenas se colocar muito nos olhos, óbvio). Lavo a pele por dois minutos e isso tem me ajudado muito.à interessante saber que só usar cosmético não melhora a pele e dependendo do grau de acne (se for o caso), não vai acontecer milagre. Além da loção, que é super levinha, não deixa a pele grudenta nem nada assim, eu uso o gel de limpeza da CeraVe (ambos os produtos com as três ceramidas essenciais e o ácido hialurônico), também uso um sérum de uma combinação de boas porcentagens de ácidos e o meu protetor solar. Ademais, me alimento bem (não parei de comer as minhas besteiras, só equilibro tudo) e bebo muitÃssima água.Cuide-se bem! E dê uma chance para o CeraVe (loção – ou creme – e o gel)! Se não funcionar para o seu rosto, teste na pele do corpo, não se arrependerá. Uso nos joelhos, cotovelos, pés e axilas, deixou tudo SUPER macio e hidratado – como jamais foram – em três dias.Veio tudo embalado perfeitamente. Por não ter cheiro acho que ele vai atender mais pessoas do que os hidratantes comuns que vemos por aÃ. Acho que é um produto que tem que ter na prateleira sempre.Eu não usaria no rosto porque não confio nisso de produtos que atendem corpo e rosto (tenho pele seca e acneica ) , a marca tem um hidratante facial que não me causou espinhas, mas pra quem não tem condição de investir em muitos produtos acho que vale o teste. Tem gente que dá espinhas, e tem gente que se adequa muito bem.Como hidratante corporal dou 10/10, maravilhoso, minha pele mudou da água pro vinho com pouquÃssimos dias de uso.
