Awesome warmer!
Bought this for a party. Our hot water isnât working in the bathroom, so bought this to keep towels warm. I now use it everyday for my own bath towel and to heat up my socks and outfit for bed. Absolutely perfect and worth every penny. On the large size (I have a small bathroom). I do notice some dark coloring on the outside of the warmer after itâs been on, but I just clean it with all-purpose spray and paper towel. Highly recommend, especially if you live in a climate that turns cold. That warm towel after a shower or bath is amazing.

Failed After 1 Week
I began using the unit and liked it, but a little after 1 week and I would see “888” populated all over. I was unable to get out of this menu, even trying to restart via the power button or unplug and replug in the machine. The towel warmer does not warm towels when this happens. Returning the unit and won’t be seeking a replacement.

Disappointing
I bought this warmer after reading reviews, and because it would fit in my closet when not in use. It is something of a disappointment since it just doesn’t get one bath towel as warm as my old one that recently stopped working. It has a temperature readout that fluctuates wildly and randomly between about 210 and 270 degrees Fahrenheit during the timed heating period. I have been waiting for it to hit the top temperature before grabbling the towel, but even so, a significant portion of the towel is no warmer than when I put it in. And waiting for the top temperature when I have finished washing is both inconvenient and wasteful. This is not a good value for the price since it functions only adequately.

The Interior Is Smaller Than I Thought It Would Be… But This Is A Really Good Towel Warmer
This is a compact towel warmer, with my own measured dimensions of 18.5″ H x 11.5″ W x 11.5″ D. The warmer also came with 5 scented fragrance discs, 4 removable hooks (For hanging smaller items), tongs (Described as clips on the product page) for removing hot items, and a User Manual. It does have a latch on the lid that opened with a push of a white button on top. However, it doesn’t lock, and can be opened even while the warmer is in operation.I like that it has a hidden 6.5 ft power cord under the bottom of the basket, is lightweight (Weighed a little over 9.5 lbs), and has handles on each side for easy transport.Operating the towel warmer was simple to do, and it has an easy-to-read display. I was able to choose 3 different operating times (20 min, 40 min, and 1 hour), delay heating anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours (In 30 min increments), and see the temperature and time remaining on the LED screen. Also, the lighting around the top and sides of the display changes from green to red when the temperature gets to 140 degrees.As far as performance, let me start out by saying that I could only fit two large bath towels (27″ x 54″) inside, so it’s similar in size as a 20L towel warmer that we have (We also have a 26L towel warmer, which is noticeably larger than this Warmder Towel Warmer).To test out how well it warmed the two towels I placed in it, I set the timer for 20 minutes. The warmer does heat up really quickly, and reached a maximum temperature of 272 degrees within 5 minutes. Once the max temperature was reached, the warmer cooled down to 209 degrees within a couple of minutes. From there it cycled between these two temperatures every couple of minutes until the time had ended. I was happy to see that both towels were completely warm, but not too hot to handle.I’ve subsequently used longer times, and used the time delay function. They both operated as they should without any issues. I also placed two bath robes in the warmer, and they came out thoroughly warm as well.Even though this towel warmer had a smaller interior than I thought it would have (Since it was listed as 26L), it is still a really good towel warmer.
