Great journal. Have been using it for a few days and itâs a good tracker to fill out at the end of the day. Takes about 6-8 minutes no more than 10. It is great if you are seeing professional help for these things, ex a doctor.great overall.

Amazing prompts for self-care!

Great mental health tool
The quality of this book is so nice! I canât believe it is only about $10. The variety of prompts within the book are so unique and helpful. I wish I had something like this when I was a teenager. I think this would make such a good stocking stuffer for Christmas or a âjust becauseâ gift. You donât have to have mental issues to find this helpful. All of the prompts just help guide you in journaling and processing any feelings. I would definitely recommend this journal.
