    Great journal!
I’ve been using the Food and Fitness Journal for a few months now, and I’m really happy with it. I’ve been trying to lose weight and get in shape, and this journal has been a great way to track my progress.I like that the journal has a lot of features to track my food intake, exercise, and overall health. The daily food log is especially helpful, as it allows me to track my calories, macros, and other nutrients. This has helped me to make sure that I’m eating a healthy diet. I also like that the journal has a weekly workout log. This helps me to track my progress and goals, and it also helps me to stay motivated. The journal is also undated, so I can start using it at any time. This is great, as it allows me to track my progress over time.Overall, I’m really happy with the Food and Fitness Journal. It’s a great way to track your food intake, exercise, and overall health. If you’re serious about your fitness goals, I highly recommend it.

    Love it!!!
This is exactly what I was looking for!! It’s small enough to stow away, yet big enough to write in with no issues. The notebook has a little section with exercises, Calories & Macros info for basic items, 12 week tracker for weight, body fat, waist size. There is a monthly calendar up to 6 months. But my favorite part is the weekly breakfast, lunch & dinner log with a tear out side for your shopping list (8 weeks worth). Halfway through the book starts a daily log where you can track weight, sleep, water consumption, if you had a sugar free, dairy free, alcohol free week etc. The daily tracker is where you can track your food consumption in serving size, protein intake, fat, carbs and calories. On the back of each daily page is your exercise log – you can track weight, muscle group you focused on that day, your reps & weight for each set, cardio and notes. Definitely recommend!!

    Not a full 3 months
Make sure you read the full details. This is more of a 2 month journal rather than 3 like it says. If you keep reading the details the pages are not fully equated. There are 3 months of calendars, but only 8 weeks of meal planning not 12 and 61 days of tracking exercise and meals/calories not 90 days. I still think it will be a helpful tool overall for planning and tracking as well as exercise ideas and it even has a page of calories/macros of commonly eaten foods which is also helpful.

4*s Does Not Mean It’s Not a Good Buy
The journal has 4*s because it’s only for 12 weeks of journaling and I need at 36 weeks. I will purchase 2 more journals and label them as volumes I, II, and III; hoping this will motivate me. The journal has 3 sections: calendrer (undated so you can start anytime during the year, meal prep (tearaway shopping list is a + for me), and journal (page for exercise and meals). The main page will help track you progress and you goals achieved. Yes, I have fitness trackers (Fitbit) but I don’t always have time to log my information. With this I am able write my information down to log in my Fitbit later and see my progress. I set other goals for myself in the notes that’s not offered in my tracker. Over all, for anybody that enjoys/likes to see their progress visually this journal will be a help/use to you.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I searched through so many different planner options to finally find this one! I needed enough space to log all my workout and details about them (reps & weight) as well as my meal planning. There are some metrics I don’t use like the macros on the food log but I don’t mind that they’re there. The tear out shopping list is awesome and I appreciate the small notes section at the bottom of each page. Perfect for my needs. If you’re looking for a lot of space for reflection or journaling this isn’t the one for you! If you want straightforward daily workout and food texting it’s perfect!

    Misrepresentation
This journal is supposed to be a 90-day journal but has pages for about two months.I would not recommend.

I think is very complete, I absolutely love the trackers. It feels like an excel sheet, which is what I was looking for. However, I page came defective and it also had a stain on it.Very sturdy, very nice. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for what I mentioned above.
