Explore thoughtful prompts like:
Articulating love
Can you recall a time someone said “I love you” to you? Can you recall how this felt in your body? Put yourself back in the moment and recall the details of the experience. Consider the other people in your life you’d like to share this experience with.
Breath and emotion
Observe your current breathing—is it shallow? deep? Many people use their breath to regulate their emotions. Do you use any breathing techniques? What are they and how frequently do you use them? Try new breathing tools to support self-regulation.
Happiness through laughter
Recognize that you can intentionally seek pleasure and find it! When was the last time you had a big belly laugh? Take a few minutes to recall what made you laugh, who you were with, and how it felt. This week, indulge yourself with what’s funny to you.

Perfect
This is a wonderful journal with nice prompts. I am new to journals so prompts were required. You do 1 prompt for 52 weeks, to bring focus back into your life. This journal is about You and how important Self Care is.

Everything you never knew you needed
As someone who firmly believes in the law of attraction, I cannot recommend this book enough. There is so much power in Allisonâs holistic approach to self care and it is evident that so much time and thought went into the making of this book. Allison makes journaling a really great way to bring calmness and mindfulness to the day and with such ease. Thank you, Allison for helping me start each week on such a positive note!

Love this journal
I like that itâs not daily, but weekly. I can reflect back on my progress. I also can project into my week my goals.

Eh
I just don’t like how it gives you a prompt then you have space to write THEN the next page has small sections that either tell you more about the topic or just like examples of what you should write about …. it seems like an after thought ð¤ idk. Not really a fan. But it has some good topic examples
