Great Diffuser!
Very aesthetically pleasing, works well, nice and quiet and the wood grain looks great! It is a little bigger than I expected it to be, but on the plus side, it runs up to 10 hours.Please note: Iâve seen a lot of people saying that they canât smell anything when itâs running. This does not have anything to do with the diffuser! Rather, the quality of your oils may be low. Higher quality essential oils are the way to go.Great product!

Good Company and Nice Diffuser
The company that sold the 550ml diffuser (DAROMA) offers a 1-year warranty and they are very good to work with. A card with all the warranty info comes in the box.The diffuser itself was defective. I tried for over a month, trying different things and following the trouble shooting guide that came with it, to get it working correctly.Finally I called DAROMA. They were very friendly and sent a replacement out right away. Iâve had it for two days and so far so good. It is working perfectly.I will update if anything changes.

I just love these Diffusers. They’re stylish and easy to work. The remote makes it easy to navigate and the timer makes it easy to set your length of run time. I had a issue with leakage and the company reached out immediately to solve the issue. Great customer service.

Update: After seeing my review, the seller promptly replaced my remote at no extra cost and the new one works well! I am very pleased with that service and this product and will likely buy another in the future!Previously: I really like the look and size of this diffuser. Iâve had different ones and this is exactly what I wanted for my living room. But the remote does not work. I tried a different battery but it wasnât that. Itâs just a junk remote. Not enough of a reason to return the whole product – though Iâd like that part replaced – the rest of it works great. I really like the size and the light wood is stylish.

Not as good as I thought!
Update 3-18-22 As indicated below the inner and outer covers cracked and separated from one another and the company sent me a new cover within a short amount of time. However, the second cover did exactly the same thing within about two weeks and the unit entirely quit working on top of that. I contacted the company but didn’t hear back. I used the diffuser according to the instructions and, even though the remote has the option of continuous use, I only did that once because the unit became quite warm well before all the water had been used.This diffuser is quite lovely and it has lots of features including a remote. That being said I found the instructions a bit confusing because under the PRECAUTIONS heading it says “Product use time 6 hours” yet it has a continuous setting which allows the unit to run until the tank is empty which can be well over 6 hours depending on the amount of water in the tank and if the unit is set to high or low output. I found that when I ran the unit on continuous the unit/water eventually became quite warm so now I only run it for 6 hours. Also, I did have a small problem with my unit (the inner and outer covers cracked and detached) and the company promptly responded to my email and said that they will send me a replacement. I definitely appreciate great customer service!
