I initially did not like this item…
because the inside remains hot and is potentially a way for some to burn their hand, But since I live alone I then figured if I knew to be careful it would be OK to keep it! My bathroom does not have a door to keep the heat in–the bathroom is in the master bedroom. I bought this to keep me warm when I get out of the shower. 4 stars instead of 5 because it heats the towel unevenly. It seems no matter what I do there are always cold spots on the towel. I only place one towel in the warmer. What I do like about it is that it will also heat a cotton robe and a cotton blanket. Both of these I have now purchased as wells this towel warmer. Oh, I also ended up buying a heater.

Will never take a shower with a cold towel again
I have had this product for over a year now and I literally use it every day. I can not go back to using a cold towel again. This has truly spoiled me. When they talk about the little pleasures in life, this product makes it on my list.

Only lasted less than a year
I got this product in November 2023. It worked really well during those winter months. Had to stop using it for the summer days. Now that it’s winter time again, it stopped working altogether. I plug it in and it flashes on then shuts off. The power button won’t work and no matter which outlet I use, it won’t turn on at all. It just died on me. I’m so disappointed and it was so expensive too.

I ordered this for the uk so when it arrived I had to get a plug adapter. Unfortunately I had my baby and was in hospital for a while after birth. By the time we got home and get settled in I tried to use the towel warmer and it does not work. What a complete waste of money!! And now itâs past my return date so Iâm stuck with something that I canât use. Very disappointing!
